Problem
A daycare was looking for a digital solution for the logistical challenge of keeping track of the children coming in and out of their facility every day. They needed a way to sign them in and out, while maintaining a standard of security. Each teacher needed to be responsible for the children they sign in and out, and the transactions had to be top of mind.
Solution
The app is a photo-focused solution, with modules that show recent updates. There is an emphasis put on whether children are Signed In or Signed Out, for a quick and clear turn over. Students can only be signed out when there is a confirmed parent, relative or family friend signing them out, confirmed through photography.
The Home Tile Grid view in Sign In mode, which is toggled by the slider in the top right corner.

The Home View in List View Mode, toggled through the selector in the top left corner.

After selecting the student on the Sign In or Sign Out screen in either Grid or List View, the User will then have to select who is signing out the child on their profile page.

The user must confirm that they are signing out a child to a specific person.

The user cannot sign someone out if they are already signed out. They will see an Erorr message if they somehow come to this step.

The user, specifically the teacher signing out a student, must input their teacher ID as an extra stage of confirmation.
